Melanie has worked in the hospitality industry in key sales and leadership roles for over twenty years working with leading hotel brands including Marriott, Hilton, and Accor.

Melanie specialises in all aspects of customer service, complaint handling, sales development, leadership and management effectiveness.

Melanie is a certified trainer, mentor and coach and is able to design bespoke training, enabling her to adapt her approach and blend her training to suit the culture and brand values of a business.
