Having worked across North Wales for more than two decades, Yvonne has built strong relationships with many of the region's leading hotels, hospitality venues, tourism operators and leisure businesses. Her re-election is not only a personal achievement but also a reflection of her continued dedication to championing the hospitality industry and helping shape its future.

Throughout her career, Yvonne has remained passionate about creating sustainable growth for the hospitality sector. With over 30 years of experience in senior hotel leadership and consultancy, she brings a wealth of operational knowledge, commercial expertise and strategic insight to the Board. Through Condor Hotels & Hospitality, she has supported hundreds of hospitality businesses with hotel management, acquisitions, operational improvement, revenue growth and business transformation.

Her role on the North Wales Tourism Board enables her to represent the interests of businesses across the region, ensuring that those working on the frontline of hospitality have a voice in discussions that influence tourism policy, investment and long-term development.

Yvonne has spent much of her career working directly with independent hotels, hospitality groups, developers and investors across the UK. Since establishing Condor Hotels & Hospitality in 2016, she has continued to provide strategic guidance that helps businesses improve operational performance, maximise revenue and unlock long-term value.

Her involvement with North Wales Tourism has developed over several years, having previously served as an advisor before joining the Board. During that time, she has contributed to initiatives supporting hospitality businesses through industry challenges while promoting sustainable growth across the region.
