With over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Tanya has both operational and managerial experience in Hotels, coupled with knowledge of revenue management and practices. During this time, she has developed a passion for technology as this critical feature of the industry has gained importance and prevalence in both customer-facing and back office settings.
Tanya focusses on the total eco-system and integration of systems to provide an end to end understanding of what the tech stack should be in a business to deliver the desired outcomes. Tanya can assess the current systems, establish whether they help or hinder for all stakeholders and then propose solutions – whether that is making better use of existing, enhancing with new systems or starting again.
