Paul Wadsworth

Paul brings over 30 years of hotel experience from the ground up, working his way through to Hotel General Management, where he has sustained a successful career with brands such as Hilton, Accor, Best Western and Millenium & Copthorne.

Working for both independent & branded properties has given Paul a vast skill set, the ability to deal with pressure gracefully and courteously and manage multiple tasks and business activities in a progressing and changing environment.

Also, having worked through the administration process has taught Paul to maintain a strong mindset with the uncertainty this brings to ensure the hotel continues to perform and deliver on expectations whilst stabilising the team and ensuring the smooth transition of any potential sale.
