Julian has a wealth of experience attained over the last 30 years in hospitality. As an operator, General Manager and Company Director of a small group of hotels, some owned and some operated under management agreements, plus a stint as Director of Asset Management for a London based investment company, practical and strategic exposure to the hotel sector has been gained.
Specialising now in strategic guidance and advice to, predominantly, independent hotels and small groups of hotels, Julian is a results oriented clear communicator, accustomed to dealing with staff at all levels, Owners, Directors, lenders and investors and working with all parties to maximise the value of the hotel asset across the lifecycle of the business.
