Tanya would describe herself as a Hotelier turned ‘Technologist’.
With over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Tanya has both operational and managerial experience in Hotels, coupled with knowledge of revenue management and practices. During this time, she has developed a passion for technology as this critical feature of the industry has gained importance and prevalence in both customer-facing and back office settings.
Tanya focusses on the total eco-system and integration of systems to provide an end to end understanding of what the tech stack should be in a business to deliver the desired outcomes. Tanya can assess the current systems, establish whether they help or hinder for all stakeholders and then propose solutions – whether that is making better use of existing, enhancing with new systems or starting again.
With a deep understanding of the impact systems have on all users and the customer journey, Tanya can add significant value to cost reduction, revenue growth, efficiencies within the business and the creation of meaningful data to drive decision making.
